"Started out great with 6 inch gutter install and house painting. Missed painting the entire chimney and some siding repair. He got some new projects and needed to get outside help. Was paid by me but never returned to finish the job. Said to me that he asked his "foreman" to get over to finish the job but that never happened. Didn't even know he had a "foreman" because he did all my work himself. Stopped responding to me after multiple attempts to reach him. He was good until I wasn't important any longer. Shame because I had more work if he'd handled this better."

"It's not easy finding people who deal with you honestly today. Our roof was leaking around the chimney onto our patio. We called Armor Shield Roofing & Casey came and looked. Our roof is not new, but it's still in good shape, & Casey agreed. Anyone else would have probably pressured us to buy a new roof, or wouldn't even have bothered with a roof repair. "Joey came out the same day and on time to evaluate the minor repair / shingle damage that occurred at my home via high winds in the area over the prior weekend. The bottom row of shingles above the garage were detached and slid down into the gutter. The job was straightforward and he gave me an acceptable price based on a "handshake" agreement. I immediately cancelled the other quotes I had lined up later that day and the next. Joey left and got the materials and came back to complete the job in an expediate manner. The repair blends in very well with the original shingles that are at least 7 years old. Moreover, the repair is almost indistinguishable. I was provided a 3-year verbal warranty on the repair.
