When, later, AT&T cut through the line going under the driveway DWS repaired it at no cost to me. Recently a sprinkler head was missing (probably knocked off by a driver driving over the curb) DWS repaired it at no cost to me. This company does a great job and is even better at follow-up."

The work was then done over a two day period. Everything looked great, they even did a few extra things I had mentioned I'd like to have done - remove a large bush, my drainage concerns.

Guys that came were nice and did the work well, but did not take the debris with them.  I figured another truck must be coming for that.  When it didn't the next day, I messaged the company to inquire about when they would be by for it.  No response.  Followed up twice.  No response.  Finally, after a week, I got a call.  They had just then checked their messages and called to apologize, said they'd be by the next morning to pick up.  No one came that morning.  Called again. They told me they came by to pick up and there was nothing to pick up.  I let them know that the big pile of debris was still in my front yard.  I was looking right at it. Turns out they had sent the pick up person to the wrong house.  We finally got it all straightened out and they came and picked it up a week after the work had been completed.  They were very nice and very apologetic, just a little disorganized and unresponsive to messages sent through Angie's list.

"He was out yesterday and was repairing my sprinklers (he does minor sprinkler repairs).. he also builds concrete planters and does stone work/ concrete patios, french drains and plants trees and shrubs, literally just about everything regarding lawn/ yard/ landscaping work. One thing about Omar, he is very honest and reliable. If he is unfamiliar with work that is requested or if he feels uncomfortable doing it (not his expertise), he will be very forthcoming and let you know. He always shows up when he says he's going to and does excellent clean-up (hauls away debris). He is extremely efficient and hard working and I am very pleased with his work. I would highly recommend him to others. I also want to add that I feel he is very affordable and his bids were always less than others."

I had planned to do the work myself, but it was very overwhelming and I wasn't sure how to even start. He gave me a very reasonable bid and started work 3 days later. His crew did a great job and asked exactly how I wanted things. The job took the guys about half a day and they also blew out my gutters. I will definitely be calling them next spring.
