"The repair went well but not quite an A. It will be years (hopefully) before I will be able to evaluate if the repair stabilized the foundation. The one issue I had was that there does not appear to be enough office staff. I was told several times that I would be contacted or receive things and had to follow up (sometimes multiple times) to receive what I asked for. I was told by one office staff member that they are so busy that they sometimes miss getting things done that they commit to."

"We were experiencing occasional musty smell and humidity in our 1924 old Spanish house that has original wooden floors over a crawl space. I reached out to Advanced Environmental Services; had a great initial call and visit to our house to scope the work with their CEO, David Towner. He answered all my questions and provided a fair price. We contracted and scheduled to have them install a vapor barrier in our crawl space secured to the bottom of the floor joists to help eliminate the issue. The week of the job, three guys showed up and began to work the crawl space. Richie did an amazing job, working in an incredibly tight crawlspace, securing the vapor barrier across all floor joists in the crawl space. I was working from home all week so I had a chance to interact with them as they worked the job to completion. When done, pictures were taken and shared with me showing the vapor barrier attached across my crawl space. The guys were very customer focused and I'm very happy with the work they did. I would definitely recommend them."

"I was redoing part of my outdoor patio, requiring cement install at the foundation. I was impressed with the waterproof product used, which will bond better to our existing patio cement, and was reasonably priced. Willie was helpful in responsive, the work was great. My only complaint was that we got mixed up in email correspondence, which Willie said was driven by so many people communicating with them including photos. That makes sense, I hope they figure that out. But really great quality service and result."
