"We had damage to a lower panel of a garage door. Jared came out today to install, but found sales had ordered wrong panel. But he took the time to repair the door track so it operated properly (THANK YOU!). He was very pleasant, answered questions well, and hope he's the one to install the panel when it comes in. Thanks Jared!"

"I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"

"He was able to repair the door where another company didnâ t want to repair because it wouldnâ t last very long. A repair was what I need for now. I appreciated his attitude."

"Thoroughly professional, courteous, prompt and decisive in their actions. Based on my experience, Don's Doors is one of the best service companies I have used. The problem with my garage door was expertly repaired and the entire experience left me wanting to spread the word about just how good they are. I couldn't have asked for anything better in any way."
