"Mr Blue was very quick to respond to my request. He provided a solid quote to me after I sent him a picture of the water heater info. The replacement was scheduled within two days. My tenant wasn t available the next day. It was late in the evening on the initial date of contact. He showed up promptly at the time he said he would. He did the install and cleaned up the work area. He assured my tenant he would have hot water in the tank within a certain time and sure enough my tenant said the water was working properly with no issue. I will use Mr. Blue again for any other plumbing issues whether it s for my primary property or my rental property. He was very professional and responsive while we communicated via text."

"Tim did a great job with the replacement of our water heater. Even though it was the day after Thanksgiving he moved some of his other appointments around to come to our home that afternoon. Tim and his assistant were careful to put on shoe covers in the house and to observe COVID 19 precautions. The job required more complicated plumbing since we have a desuperheater loop from our geothermal heat pump that connects to the water heater; the additional charge for this work was minimal. Tim was here until after 5:00 that evening, with the result that we had hot water over the weekend."

"I needed a plumber to assist me with a clogged drain in both of my bathrooms I got in contact with this business and set appointment with Daniel he was very professional n handled my issues in a timely manner he has great customer service skills and when he got here I was telling him about some other things I needed worked on in my home like my ceiling fan wasn’t working properly and I had a broken closet door I couldn’t get to close correctly he went and fixed them right there on the spot I was so impressed with his ability to help me I would definitely recommend this company!"
