"Carlos did a great job. I have gotten bid from other pavers before. None of them seem very trustworthy. when I met Carlos he was very trustworthy. He explained me the process . He started doing the work. Work was done properly. The material he used to paint on the concrete was very strong and very commercial grade it has not chipped yet and I don't think it will. Bottom line I paid good money for good service which is what everybody wants. I'm gonna use him again to do future work on my concrete jobs. I recommend Carlos to anyone looking for good concrete repair or refinishing work."

"First we had the patios stained.  Aaron arrived promptly with his crew.  The wood looked beautiful.  I plan to add pictures soon.  The wood was completely coated and we feel confident it will last for several years.  Once the patios were completed the house was painted.  We also have a stucco storage building separate from our home.  We asked Arron to pick up two sample colors.  He did not want to pick the color for us but he did advise which color he thought would look best with the trim color we chose.   We appreciated his advise because the job came out beautiful.  We noticed a spot that we thought needed attention.  He returned the next day and even though the issue was not included in the cost he took action with no charge.

"I had a great experience having YSC Paving pave my driveway. First, let me give you some background regarding my perspective. In the past, I have had some bad experiences with contractors of all types. A few examples: Not showing up when they say they will, not following explicit instructions (and doing the job incorrectly), and lack of communication. I had none of these issues with YSC and they continued to surprise me with their customer service during and after the job. The job began with an estimate, which was the job of Chris Cathcart, who would be my main contact throughout the process. He showed up when he said he would and got me a written estimate quickly. A nice touch here was that the estimate included a satellite image with an outline over the area to be paved. This graphic showed me that we were on the same page as to the scope of the job. The estimate was reasonable, too. The next process was the pulverizing of the old asphalt driveway. The crew was on time, courteous and the job foreman took time to explain the process. The next day, a different crew actually came out to do the paving (I learned YSC has separate crews for these two tasks). As was the case the day before, they were on time, courteous, and were pleased to explain the process. The job took two days and was completed on schedule, and the driveway looks great. Now, here is the best part: very shortly after the job was done, a trucking company damaged the driveway. Even though the job was done and they were paid, Chris and one of the owners of the company were right by my side providing the support and expertise necessary to deal with the insurance companies involved Without them, I would have had to hire an expert to render an opinion. This greatly exceeded my expectations. Part of the reason I am writing this review is that I had never had anything paved before and at the time did not see many reviews to help guide me to a good company. Thus, I took a chance on YSC and I am glad I did. I would have complete confidence in YSC to do virtually any paving job, and do so with great results, professionalism, customer service and, if necessary, after-sales support."

"Joe gave me an estimate we decided on what was far and he began the job, they found that some of the existing wall were week and were not supported by studs, so we worked out a price to get these wall an ceiling fixed they had a lot of that. once done we worked out a price to get closet doors hung and base trim along with framing windows, they did an excellent job.

"My original intent for purchasing the discounted coupon was to get a small section of walkway paved from my backyard to the alley gate. Jonathan from KTM came on site to do the estimate and we looked for some additional projects to supplement the work.  In addition to the added sidewalk section, I contracted for a half-moon bench to complement an existing bench near my fire pit. 
I took several weeks to review the proposal, then contacted KTM and submitted signed agreement.  They scheduled shortly after and were prompt on all calls they made in preparation for the work.  The concrete work was intended to be completed on a Friday, but delays from the concrete company pushed this back to Tuesday. Once the concrete arrived, however, work progressed smoothly and was completed.  They cleaned the site afterwards, leaving it in the same condition as found.  
Overall, I had a positive experience with the company and would recommend them and consider them again for other concrete needs.
