"Bathroom Repair MPT Enterprises My wife and I recently moved into a +30 year old home and quickly discovered that the two bathroom had multiple plumbing problems; a shower stall and floor that was cracked and leaking; cabinets in desperate need of repair; and numerous electrical problems. "We have had a lot of work done by Voytec and his crew. They have a great designer that will walk you through designs, make suggestions and tailor to your desires. They renovated our entire first floor to include the kitchen, powder room, laundry room and the floors. They took extra time to make a custom design and it looks absolutely fabulous. Additionally they renovated our master bathroom and our kids bathroom. They have really elevated the look and value of our home! We will be using them again for other projects in our home. "Simply put, I could not recommend them enough. They were flexible and made the process easy. As this was our first rehab, this one took 18+ months due to legal and zoning. Throughout the entire process, James Construction group was happy to wait and consult as needed. I feel many companies may have moved on during this lull in our project and left us out. Once we finally got all the right paper work, they moved very quickly to rehab our house. All the while, we lived in the basement. Every contractor that came through for them was very nice and kept things as clean as possible (construction is always going to be dusty to a degree). As for the finishing, they made that easy too by allowing us to pick the big design elements but handled most of the "small finishes" that go overlooked but are a massive headache for the home owner. For example, baseboard trim was something we weren't very passionate about and let the company match up to our style - it looked great! With any construction project, there's bound to be change orders. James Construction was always flexible, assisting in anyway they could. We had an extra last-minute bath remodel that they team executed flawlessly, even though many of the contractors that were needed for the project had already done their jobs on the bigger parts of the houses. "We hired Rowe Builders to remodel our master bath. Several years ago, we had hired Ryan's company to remodel three other bathrooms in our house. Based on the quality of workmanship, timeliness of completion and all around ease of working with Ryan and his crew, we again enlisted his help. Once again Ryan and his crew did an excellent job on all aspects of the project. We had a couple of concerns with the shower tile (basically a poor design choice on our part) and asked Ryan if we could switch to a different tile.
