"Lee came over for the first cleaning which usually takes longer. However since I just moved into the home and had not fully unpacked Lee abbreviated her cleaning time. We will definitively ask her to come back on a regular basis. <br> <br>She was extremely careful with understanding all details of the job before starting and completed all work as asked. Moreover, she was extremely quiet, efficient, and thorough and clearly takes pride in her work. Of particular note is the quality of her work in the master bath shower. I have spent time in the past cleaning the shower stall which has fiberglass walls and a glass door that swings closed on a hinge. But the bottom of the door has a groove where mildew has collected and previous cleaning never fully removed all of the the black residue. Lee somehow cleaned this area so that it looked as if it had recently been installed. The sides of the shower and the door were wiped completely free of soap scum. The enclosure sparkled after she finished with it and it is now a pleasure to shower in. <br> <br>This is my boyfriend's home and he is very careful with his family momentos and antiques. Lee was very respectful of my boyfriend's concerns and did not touch anything that he had asked her to avoid. I could tell he relaxed after he realized that she was not going to go into rooms he had asked her to avoid or touch any of his antiques. <br>"

"I only had them three times now. Everybody does a different cleaning. I talk to them and tell them what I like to have. When I don't like it, I'll tell them. I absolutely loved what they did to the floors last Monday. I have wood floor and tile in my house. They do a full cleaning and I didn't do that yet because most of the times we do that in the spring and right after Christmas. So I don't know how that worked. I only have them for normal help in the house. Their pricing is average. They try to do a good job. I like the people who come in. They ask questions and I like that. They call you a day before and give you a time and check if that's okay with you. I like that very much. My problem with them is that I always have different people coming in. So they all do stuff differently. I don't like that very much because I can see the difference. The first one did a very good job. With the second one, my wood floor was very dull. The third one was absolutely wonderful. I would like to have the same people coming in every Monday."
