Manfredia's came in and had the work done and beautiful within the time frame I needed for a reasonable price. The workers on-site were polite, friendly and cleaned up thoroughly with minor disruption to us. Wally was with us the whole way an insisted that he would do the crown moulding to ensure the wacky uneven walls didn't effect the final result. I am so happy with the work done and Manfredia's. "These guys put the ‘master’ back in ‘craftsman’! Once on the job, they are on-the-job! Professionals, they will arrive early, work all day and clean up their mess before leaving. If there’s a question about how to address an issue, they will ask the customer, but always have solutions to offer. Make sure you have all the items you’re responsible for ordered (appliances, counter top, cabinets, faucet, hardware etc.) and in-house, or with delivery dates because you will have trouble keeping up with them once they start! Quality of work is outstanding and always with an attention to detail. The job stayed on budget, all additional work was done under change orders – except one instance. Make certain to ask whether any changes being discussed come under the scope of the contract or are additional work. This is particularly important with sub-contractors like plumbing and electrical."
