"The customer service was stellar. My preferred method of communication is by text ...they went above and beyond to assist me with proper preparation for extermination. I am extremely particular and had so many questions. With the option of texting it saved a lot of time in regards to communication and allowed me to continue my job in regards to prepping our home for treatment. Each and every question was answered very quickly. I also really appreciated the emotional support that was provided along the way. My husband and I take much pride in our home and felt devastated with having an invasion of bugs. Koty gave us much hope as he walked us through the process and explained things. They were very flexible with working around crazy schedules. We especially appreciate the “quick action” - contacted them, call within a very short time, out that afternoon, mini treatment at main site of bug problem the next day. This gave me hope and confidence that we had a chance at this battle with the bugs. We saw results immediately after our first treatment which was very thorough. Our second thorough treatment was done 10 days or so later. It appears that we currently bug free. Of course we will have to wait and see in another couple of weeks, but they offer return visits at reasonable rates until the job is done. Again, the option of return visits has given me the emotional support that I needed. A person would expect any exterminator to be able to use the proper chemicals for the job, but the customer service is huge when a person feels like critters have taken over their home. It was immediately obvious that their method was working. Very friendly, responsive, non-judge mental, hard-working, knowledgeable, honest....I cannot say enough. It is obvious they take pride in their work and assisting others through the process."

"Ted just came out yesterday so I guess I dont know yet if what they do works but I can give this high rating just based on great customer service and professionalism. Ted gave me a quote over the phone for their services and we chose the 4 times a year plan. This seemed very economical to us and since I hate any bugs in my house well worth any price. Ted then came out on the day he said he would and did the spraying. Had a good conversation with him via text about what to expect and what he would do if we didnt see an improvement.
