"I really needed gutters ASAP due to me just adding new sod to the side of my home that doesnâ t get much sunlight and I found Top Gutter (due to their great ratings) maybe last Thursday or Friday and spoke with Chris. He was very knowledgeable over the phone and was able to squeeze me in with an appointment to get an estimate the following Monday just after the Christmas holiday. He showed up to my home right on time (I kept him waiting) and enjoyed the scenery in my neighborhood and he waited very patiently for me to arrive. Upon arrival he had my estimate ready with also a small presentation to show me what Iâ m buying. Chris built ALOT of value in his services, product and company which was amazing! The next day (Tuesday) he had his team come out and install the gutters I picked which turned out great !!! Iâ m very happy with the quality of service, workmanship and the product Iâ ve received! "I have done business in dallas for the past 55 years. I have always been worried about dealing roofers and asphalt contractors. I needed to repair my parking lot at my restaurant in Addison. After looking for a company that I can trust I ran across Mike . I took my chances with them and I was very pleased with my decision. They gained my trust and they did a great job fixing the potholes and sealed and stripped. I do recommend them and will use them again."

"Having dealt with other roofing contractors prior to selecting Granada, we went in skeptical and guarded. Carlos was our primary contact and he was such a kind and pleasant person to work with. He assured us that they would be straightforward in their dealings and their work would be quality work that we would be pleased with. We had a very difficult journey in getting our work approved by the insurance company followed by having to deal with dishonest contractors during the bid/quote process. So, our final decision to go with Granada was the best decision we made!
