He showed me exactly what was wrong and was very honest and fair with the pricing and repairs. Saved my mother a lot of money!!! He definitely has a customer for life with me. "ARS's customer service is subpar. I called 6 times in one day to report an issue with a thermostat and each time I requested a manger to call me back to confirm that this repair will be covered by a ten year warrantee when I purchased the HVAC system just over 2 years ago. No manager called me back . when ARS finally called, their employee tried yet again to upsell me on some nonsense I was NOT interested in or needed. ARS changed my Apt from 2 -6, to 6-9 without notifying me. My AC is still down. I would never recommend this company to anyone. In fact I asked their tech to take a photo of my warrantee paperwork so that I would not end up arguing with them about coverage in the future. this is a horribly run business. I already reported ARS to the BBB. no chance they'll change their practices though. Their Techs are good, with lousy management. "
