"I needed a wooden fence repaired on short notice. Edin responded to my Angi's List posting, looked at the fence and 2 gates to repair, then gave me a good estimate on the work. Initially I thought the estimate to be a little high however, looking at the detail he offered, the estimate was reasonable. Edin adjusted his other projects to take care of the fence as the timing was critical. When completed, he replaced one section of fence, re-set another post that was moved over the years by the yard (he re-set the post in cement) and connected the loose sections to the post correctly, repaired two gates that needed cross-boards replaced plus re-set the posts for the gates, and replaced hinges and latches on 3 gates. All of this was done in one day and turned out exceptionally well. I wish I had engaged him last year! Holy Land Landscaping is top-notch. They cleaned up the yard when finished and truly did a very professional job. Thank you Edin and team!! (and by the way, the price was quite reasonable for the work and quality provided). Edin and his team are wonderful to work with!"

"Overall, the experience was very good, thanks to the professionalism of EZ Small Moves.  It could have been really bad, because unfortunately, after talking to Tim, we underestimated the size truck to get.  This eventually resulted in us having to rent a trailer to put on the back of the truck.  And, even worse, the guys ended up having to stay four more hours than originally predicted. 

At no point did these men get an attitude or act frustrated with having to stay longer than they had planned, though they could tell we were very stressed.  They stayed upbeat, tried to keep our spirits up, and did everything they could to move things along.  Tim stayed on top of things throughout the day, and at the end, he recognized that the move hadn't gone as well as we would have liked, and he gave a very significant discount. 

Even though it wasn't a problem-free move (does that exist?), under the circumstances, Tim handled it very, very well."

"We had a flood in our basement caused by a water main break. The water backed up from the meter into our finished basement. Zelaya construction repaired the concrete damaged by the water, repaired the wallboard in two rooms that had to be cut away, replaced 4 doors that were damaged, replaced trim in 3 rooms, painted the rooms and selected replacement carpet that matched the previous carpet exactly. Their work was meticulous and they made good suggestions for completing. They finished in the time frame estimated. All the workers were diligent and respectful. By the end of the project, I felt like they were family. I highly recommend this company."

In both instances they were very professional and performed the work at or above expectations and on-schedule and within the price they had proposed. "Communication wasn't amazing. It took me a long time and a few emails to schedule the service, to the point that I was wondering if I'd been had. . On the day arranged I waited and waited only to find they were at my previous address ( which I'd never given them). I'd advise caution with the so-called deals that angie's list offers. I was wrong not to have measured my deck and assumed beased on a hunch that the deal would suffice for an average sized deck when in reality the deal covered a small fraction of the deck, so I had to pay a "regular"i.e., very expensive price for the power wash. I didn't really care that much for the result as far as restoration goes. It was well washed and the person who came to do the service was corteous but a clear sealant was applied and I couldn't tell much of a difference. I do understand this has a lot to do with my not previously measuring the deck and also with my expectation of what my deck wold look like afterwards based on the pictures, but I would say beware. This is it for me as far as angies'list goes. I'll stick with neighborhood recommendations."
