Get matched with top gate for driveway or security installers and replacers in Fort Belvoir, VA

"The work that was done at our house was more than exceptional. Charles knew the metal needed and the type of gate that we were looking to get installed. He was very easy to work with and made us feel that us as his customers were very much a priority. I will only recommend Charles Ornamental to others seeking welding work. Thank you Charles and your team in keeping your appointments and completing the work we needed for security and peace of mind!!"

"This is one of those businesses that deserves six stars. We hired them to replace a driveway gate in our complex. That one was cheap, and showed it. Richard and Sean at Lotsa Fence gave us a reasonable quotation, installed an excellent gate, and have provided superb after-sale service - including free adjustments (even to the latch) and repairs for one year under warranty. Highly recommended!"

"They replaced rollers and tightened bolts. Great job."

"

All of the repairs went well.  The cellar repair work took several weeks because the work had to be performed during dry weather.  The contractor was very professional and concerned that all work was completed satisfactorily.  If additional work is needed for repaired areas, contractor will return without further charge.

"Great, provider was very friendly and did a great job.  Left no mess behind and told me about the damage to the inner parts of my chimney.  He said it needed to be replaced but wasn't being a pushy salesman and even said to get some quotes and call them back he I don't find a better deal.  They were on the expensive side when it came to replacing the panels tho.  But overall I would use them again to clean my chimney.

"Not only are the people nice, Mel and everyone who worked on the project did a great job. My wood deck needed cleaned, wood replaced, and stained. I am extremely happy with the results, and I would recommend this company highly."

"The quality of the fence and in particular the gates were done very well. Good crew and estimator. Clean up was exceptional. However, the front office needs work. Left messages and they do not call back. Scheduling the estimate and work took more than one call. The billing for down payment was different than one listed on the estimate. Second time I have used them, believe their quality and price is more important than their lack of internal coordination and responsiveness."

"Great.  Good job, responsive, priced appropriately.  They repaired all drywall that they had to cut holes in and cleaned up after themselves.  Every time I call them for something I get the same consistently good service."

"My husband and I moved to a new home 1 1/2 years ago.  Our new house had a great kitchen space and cabinetry that was of good quality but had become a bit shabby.  The finish on the cabinets had been marred by spills, stains and steam and was in need of a serious facelift.  In addition, the previous owners had put it a lovely tile floor, but did not continue the tile under the cabinets.  In doing this, they had blocked the dishwasher in so that it could only have been removed by taking off the countertops and lifting it or by removing tiles from the floor.  When Gerardo came to give me an estimate for the refinishing work, it was he who discovered this problem.  Thank heaven he did, because we intended to put down granite countertops after the cabinets were done and when the dishwasher finally died, our granite or our floor would have been destroyed when we tried to remove the dishwasher.Gerardo gave us what we considered to be a great price to pull out all of the cabinets, install more sub-flooring in order to raise them up to the level of the tile floor, re-install the cabinets, sand them, stain them, coat them with polyurethane and install the hardware which we  had already purchased.  He also removed and hauled away the old countertops, disconnected the old sink and garbage disposal, disconnected our gas range and double ovens, then reconnected all of this when the jobs were done.  In addition, the cabinet section that contained our double ovens went from the floor to the ceiling of the kitchen.  In order to elevate the floor in this area, the existing cabinetry had to be cut down enough to fit the new space.  This was done masterfully.  You would never be able to look at it and see that it was altered in any way.  Gerardo also took down the old light that hung above our kitchen table and installed a new one for us.Our kitchen looks wonderful!  The workers always arrived on time and were courteous and kind.  They always cleaned up thoroughly when they left.  This is the third major job that CRS has done for us, but it won't be the last.  They have done tile work, painting and now kitchen renovation.  Every job has been done with professional quality and for a great price.  We would recommend them highly to anyone who needed to have any of these jobs completed."

"All went super well. I am so impressed with their work. My house, sidewalk & driveway stands out even better since it all was power washed. It is like night and day. I received excellent and professional service. I will definitely hire this company again and refer them as well."
