"SwiftPro was excellent. When our hot water heater went out (at nearly 20 years old, we were neither upset nor surprised!) we reached out to a few places but SwiftPro was the most responsive and had the price was fair. Zabi, the service technician was fantastic. I can’t say enough good things about him. He was prompt, provided excellent communication, took meticulous care with the work and work space, and was just a great person to talk to. The install went great and there was no aggressive sales tactics or upselling. Just a genuine cut and dry hot water heater removal and install experience. I highly recommend SwiftPro. Thanks Zabi!"

Albert first installed my kitchen faucet and food processor, and then, both came back to install a water heater with remarkable professionalism, care, and efficiency. From the moment they arrived, they were responsive, respectful, and incredibly warm. They took the time to explain my options, helped me feel at ease, and ensured I understood why the water heater they recommended was the best choice on the market. "Oscar came about 0830 this morning. He knew exactly what was wrong with the drywall and knew there was no leaks. Saved some money there. He knew exactly why the pipes were shaking and knew exactly how to fix it. Oscar took about 70 minutes to repair the issue and we tested all the showers and faucets and toilets. Correct water pressure. Was really happy with the job. Dwyer, you are very fortunate to have a tech like Oscar. thanks, Dave Miller"
