There were plans other than a conceptual sketch and Reggie was most amenable to design changes and working with me to achieve the best possible outcome. "I did not hire this company because they were trying to take advantage of me by over charging me for a metal roof with hidden fasteners. My rental property is a little over 1,000 sq ft with a simple pitched roof. This company quoted me $23,000. Other companies for the same work have quoted $5,000 - $7,000. It is very disappointing when a company engages in overpricing. The owner rational was maybe the roofing materials company got the material cost wrong. If they are expert roofers, they should know this. When I pointed out other lower price quotes, he quickly got off the phone. Maybe because I am a female, he thought that I didn't know and that he take advantage of me by over charging."
