Called and left a message early one morning. As soon as the business was open, I received a call back. Person was very polite and professional. I told him my washing machine was leaking water. He told me he had one person in front of me and then would be right over to my house. First off he was very friendly, neighborly someone I could hang out with very nice guy in good spirits.

Turn out my washing machine was not leaking water just became unbalance so when water was filling up tub some went down the back side.  He took a part washing machine and ran it for awhile and there was no leak. But he did find that my agitator was broke. Wife never notice but it was broke when I checked and he showed me. He replaced it with parts from his truck.

 Excellent service! I will definitely call him again! He will now be my appliance repair man if anything else breaks.
