"Mr. Ed is an exceptional person. I used him a few years ago to replace an icemaker, and I knew then that I would always call on him to do any appliance repairs. On this occasion, my microwave turntable was making a "clunking" sound. The noise went on for a couple weeks before I contacted Mr. Ed. He had to order a part, and subquently we made an appointment for 5/26/2015. In the meantime, the turntable quit making the clunking sound, but I did not call Mr Ed back, as I felt obligated to keep the appoinment, especially since he had special-ordered the part. Upon his arrival to perform the repair, I told him that the noise had stopped. He was understanding and told me to give it a few more days, and if the noise returns he will come back and do the repair. I highly recommend Mr Ed for any appliance repair work.
