However the window is located directly above our bathtub and with him coming in and out my tub was left extremely dirty by him standing inside of the tub. He did not drape anything inside of the tub to make sure it was left clean. Nor did he attempt to remove the shoe marks himself. It took my wife a couple of days to remove all of the dirt and scuff marks from our tub. Why so long? Because comet and bleach did not work. She finally decided to use Spray9 along with comet and boiling hot water,allowing it to soak a few minutes scrubbed it and now it is clean again."

"Originally, we were scheduled to have our roof inspected on January 10, but due to an ice storm it was not actually inspected until January 24. The owner came out finding that the roof was in pretty good shape. However, some of the roof caps on the various ridge lines needed to be replaced.
