"It went great. Jason Goode responded within 10 min of my initial request for a bid. He came out and appraised the job and emailed me a proposal within a few days. I accepted, and the job was scheduled. The painters arrived early on the scheduled day and went to work. They cleaned up when they were finished. They did a very good job and I would call on them again in the future."

"The price was fair for the job done which is important however the overall job was mediocre at best. My kitchen is challenging with an 18' cathedral ceiling. I anticipated the highest parts of where the wall meets the ceiling the paint lines might not be perfectly straight. Even managing my expectations... not a single paint line is straight, they are all wavy, at the baseboard, around the door, where the ceiling height is only 8' - not a straight paint line to be found in my kitchen. Jose was very nice, cleaned up when the job was done and seemed to work hard. For those reasons I would have liked to give a better rating but when I look at the details, the job is just barely adequate."

"We recently chose Black & White Kitchen and Bath to do a full renovation in our townhouse. We worked closely with Mr Zelaya. We were instantly impressed with Zelaya's patience as we asked a lot of questions and needed a lot of guidance, as this was our first time going through a renovation project. We found Zelaya to be knowledgeable, prompt to reply, and helpful in some of the decision making processes. We were highly impressed with the professionalism, and work ethic of the crew who were on our project. They arrived promptly each morning, and worked through till the evening. Most of the time they were there 8:30am-5pm or later. The workers were professional, ensuring to protect our floors, furniture, and have plastic up for dust protection and always cleaned up the job site each evening prior to leaving. For our work, we needed them to complete demolition of our current kitchen, remove a wall, install all new cabinets/hardware and backsplash, and we had them expand a hall closet to accompany our washer/dyer which was in our kitchen. All of this work was completed in about 3 weeks. We would highly recommend Black & White Kitchen and Bath for a kitchen and bathroom renovations to others. We are, and anyone who sees our kitchen, is so impressed with the quality of the finished product and the timeline for completion. It has been over 3 months and all their work is in great shape.
