"Overall it went well. I was given an 11-1 window but the movers didn't arrive until 3. Once there, the three gentlemen worked efficiently. They were professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend that the company invest in a newer truck and power tools for the movers. For that price, the need a great job. The crew worked quickly, replacing the whole unit in a few hours. They respected our home, offering some alternatives for a plant that might have to be moved to allow access to the outside unit. The rep even offered to loan us 2 window air conditioning units free, because our unit had to be replaced in the middle of a heat wave and it would be a few days until they could replace ours. (We did not take advantage of this offer, as we were going to be out of town anyway in the interim.)"
