"We cannot recommend this company enough. The whole process was seamless from start to finish. Sam and Ben came out to give us a quote in a timely manner and showed up as scheduled. Both were so friendly and willing to quote us numerous projects were wanting to have done in the future. The quote for removing a board where a 2nd story deck was, adding siding in its place, removing the second story outside lights and fixing trim on a window we had put in was 1/3 the price of another company who quoted us just for the siding part alone. The other company told us they would have to replace the siding from the ground all the way up to where the board was attached to the house but this company said that wasn’t necessary. Sam and Ben made us feel important and like no job was too small and they seemed happy to get our business and we’re very professional yet down to earth and didn’t mind laughing and joking around. Once we agreed for them to do the work, they were very prompt to let us know what day the team would come to do the work, even working around our work schedules to make it work for us. The team member who came to do the work, Daniel was excellent! He was extremely nice as well and worked all day on the job. When he went to put the siding on he notified us that Home Depot had given him the wrong siding instead of what was ordered so he had to go back to get the correct siding but we were really impressed that instead of rescheduling the remainder of our job (because he still had another one after us) he came back with the correct siding and continued to work until our house was complete. Sam and Ben even stopped back by the day the work was being completed to ensure we were happy with the work that had been done and made sure there were no issues. From start to finish everything went better then with any other company we have hired to do jobs for us in the past. I don’t think we will ever go with any other company now going forward for work we need done. You can’t beat perfection! Thanks again to the whole team. We would give you a 100 star rating if we could."

"The team is very professional, courteous and excellent to work with. Customer service is second to none. Any concerns or questions I had were addressed immediately and the process explained in detail. I am 110% completely satisfied with my extensive project. Project: Remodel kitchen with complete gutting and instillation of new appliances, granite countertops, backsplash, beautiful wood cabinets, dishwasher, sink, faucet and flooring. Project: Bathroom remodel with complete gutting and redesigned with instillation of new and bigger shower, toilet, sink with basin cabinet, mirror, lighting, flooring, HVAV duct work added and moved the entrance door to allow easier and direct access to the shower. Project: Laundry room addition to main floor. I can't sing their praises enough. Love R&B."

"Great quality work. Excellent communication and customer service. Scheduling was quick and easy and the work was completed quickly. Highly recommend these guys."

"This was the first time I have ever done a remodel and was extremely nervous, but Paul and Tim completely put my nerves at ease. They did a great job, constantly keep me up to date with everything that was happening as well as keeping on time and budget. Every expectation I had envisioned for this remodel, they delivered and then some. Super friendly and professional. I will be calling them for all my future jobs."

"We chose 5 roofing contractors from Angie's List. When they came to give us an estimate we told them that price was not our only criteria, we wanted a quality job. Honestly they all seemed fine except for one thing or another. For example , in 1 estimate the gutter had a grater type screen, I didn't like it. Another estimate the contractor did his math wrong and his estimate was half of everyone else. I think they would have been fine but.... In the end we chose Beams because of Brad Rigney. He came and gave an estimate and nailed down a shingle on the house next door for us, the estimate was competitive with the others and frankly Brad impressed us both. When the work crew showed up Brad was there to introduce us to the work foreman Ceasar and showed him specifics like the trim we needed replaced and that we were keeping our down spouts. Then the crew went to work and removed our old roof and laid down some sort of under roof that was waterproof and insulated. (I worried about rain noise. If you've ever been in a barn during a rain storm you know the noise can be deafening.) anyway, the next day they put the roof on and that evening we had a rain storm, no noise, not a whisper. So they came ,they roofed, they cleaned up and a few days later(weather delay) the gutter sub-contractors came and within 2-3 hours had the new gutters on. Thru it all Brad kept in touch and on top of everything. One small snafu, the preliminary contract called for 5" white gutters, however by the final contract I wanted 6" green gutters to match our new metal roof. When the gutter contractors came , they had run out 25' of 5" white gutters. When we told them it wasn't correct they called Brad he talked to them and they said they would be back tomorrow with the right product. And they were, no fuss no muss no anger just kinda oops our bad. I have hated dealing with contractors in the past. ( we've all been through it ) With Brad as Beams representative we were in excellent hands. I only gave Beams a B on price because it wasn't the cheapest estimate, but I do believe it was the best and I would recommend them to anyone. the whole experience was hassle free and how many times can you say that about a contractor that has worked on your home."

"I had asked that they replace my existing old street-side mailbox. They got there and looked at it and told me they could repair it instead of replace it and save me a lot of money! And they did! Excellent work and courtious service. They will be my "go-to" handymen going forward."

"After interviewing several companies, I knew Isaac Branham was who I was going to hire. He did a walk around with me and I could tell he knew his plants, how to take care of them and he emphasized his employees were also knowledgeable of landscape maintenance. Some of the other people I interviewed seemed to mainly mow lawns, but were not as knowledgeable at plant maintenance. Isaac's crew has been to my home to perform the maintenance and their work was excellent. They even fluffed my mulch, which made it look like it had just been laid. I strongly recommend considering Branham Yard Outfitters for your landscape maintenance needs."
