He kept me informed via phone or in person with all steps throughout the process. The fist day he had a large crew (ON TIME) arrive and strip the old shingles, replace any rotted wood, and tar felt paper.  The inspections went well and a few days later the entire roof was shingled and the property cleaned of any nails and debris. The process was very easy for me as the homeowner.  The crew was great and  I recommend Ray/Advantage Roofing highly!
