"hired broton to replace the garage door opener and trim around the garage and the keypads. Very prompt and courteous during initial work. In 2024 had to have the outdoor key pad replaced again as it was not working. About 4 months later outside keypad was not working again and the trim they installed around the door was turning black and tearing. called for service and they told me everything was out of warranty and they would have to charge me for a service call to look at it. Called them several days later and asked how much the garage door trim was as i was just going to buy a new keypad and trim and install it myself. They said the trim was $7' to pick it up there and install myself. That was about over $200. to pick up the new trim!! Just kept getting more insulting. Last week my neighbor was getting his garage door worked on and i had him look at it; he said the trim was installed too close to the garage door which caused it to rub the door too hard and turn black and tear. I told him broton installed and he said you were a quality co, said to call you and have someone look at it and you could definitely see it was installed improperly."

Joel was a pleasure to deal with, his crew knew the assignment and executed well, and they were all responsive when I had questions or suggestions about the project. Two years later I had a question about the fence. I was nothing out of the ordinary, just normal wear and tear on a wood fence in Florida.
