We had two Solartube Skylights installed in our home. I dealt in person with Jim Reynolds and by telephone with Hannah, Gina and Kate and all communications were courteous and knowledgeable. All in all the experience with Corad was "brilliant" (pardon the pun) and we would recommend Corad to family and friends. "The roof looked really good. We started getting some heavy rains and the roof began leaking. He has been back about 4 times. I have now been trying to call. I was trying to be patient, but no one bothered to call back. The last time I called they informed me that I was on the list, but they would not be calling me to acknowledge that they had received my request. Basically, my complaint was not as important as the others. I said that was enough. I am not satisfied with their actions. Mr. Palmer and his crew did a fine job initially and were very nice. Now after the job is done and I am seeing leaks, they are not being responsive. I cannot paint inside my kitchen with the leaks. I would not recommend them to anybody. Mr. Palmer himself was professional, but the service I was getting from the people that answered the phones was unacceptable."

"I called A Licensed Roofing Company to get a quote for a roof leak and they came out the next day to give me a roof estimate and scheduled the repair for the following day. I couldn&apos;t have asked for any quicker service! Randy took time to explain the quote and answer all my questions, and the two workmen were very courteous, respectful, and did a great job. They removed plenty of tile to be 100% sure that they fixed everything properly. It started pouring down rain while they were working and they were well prepared with tarps and a blower to dry everything off afterwards. They cleaned up the work area very well and did an outstanding job! I really appreciate their quick service and quality workmanship."
