During your service, soot and debris were released throughout my home, affecting every room. This is not consistent with proper industry standards. This company?s actions caused widespread property damage. After I contacted them, the business owner returned and cleaned only two basement rooms and refused to address the remaining contamination, including the furnace area. I was also subjected to inappropriate remarks, including being told that I am ?an old lady,? which demonstrates a lack of professionalism and exploitation of the situation. I also want to emphasize the significant physical and emotional toll this situation has caused me. I spent 10 full consecutive days cleaning my house. Do not use this company. They are a crammer!!! I am taking legal actions against them."
