"It turns out not many companies service my type of dryer; Mr. Appliance does!  The tech basically found that the dryer was not draining due to foreign objects stuck inside and it had to be cleaned.  The tech was nice and the company accommodated me and my tenant and our schedules.  It went well."

"I was advised to replace the appliance rather than repair it due to its age. I appreciated the honesty."

"The electrician was very easy to communicate through phone calls and text. He arrived on time and completed the job shorter than expected. I needed an outlet installed and a ceiling fan installed and he didn't hesitate to fulfill my expectations. He left the area clean before he left. I will definitely use Kramer Electric again for all of my electrical needs! Kudos to Chas."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
