He arrived within the time he promised on Saturday He and his associate determined the source of the leak and replaced the malfunctioning part immediately. He also explained why this problem had occured in the first place. We had another service related to our systems we had been planning to address and Alex was able to take care of that as well! (Activating a dormant sprinkler head that was covered by landscaping). They put the sod back in place neatly after digging up the connection.
