JD and his crew were fantastic! The estimate was competitive with other bidders and we felt the value of their services was very high. We had extensive wood rot damage around most of the windows in our house. JD and his crew were very detailed and careful as they removed the old windows, repaired the wood rot, and installed the new windows. The locations that were leaking before the window installation are leaking no more. Wood Rot Solutions also repaired rot on the exterior of our house, including trim and siding. Everything was caulked well and it was easy for the painters once they arrive. (Note: painting was not part of Wood Rot Solutions scope.) JD and his crew were very professional. Phil is a winner! After we selected him to do a deck cleaning and restoration project, he met with us to see first-hand what was needed and explained the options clearly in a way that was easy to understand. With the details confirmed, he worked with us on dates, weather contingencies, and projected a completion date. As the work began, Phil noticed that many boards needed to be re-nailed, and worked around that area, taking care of that after I zipped to the hardware store and got the ones he specified. After he finished the work and the deck had time to completely dry, it looked fabulous--almost like new! Phil's workmanship is outstanding, as is his communication and friendly attitude.

 Shortly after this work was done, we hired Phil to replace a 4x4 ceiling in a sort of pantry/closet off the kitchen. Again, Phil's expertise in drywall repair and painting resulted in a great-looking ceiling that exceeded our expectations.

"I called Calssiconcrete 8-15-2012 and left a message that I was interested in an estimate for replacing my driveway.  John called back that day and we set a time for Friday evening.  He was he very promptly at the time he said he would be.  He measured my drive and we discussed what would be involved.  He then left an estimate and a spiral book of pictures and addresses of previous work he had done.  
In checking 4 of the driveways, I had concerns with 3 and called to inquire about them.  John was able to satisfy my concerns about 2 of them over the phone.  The fourth was a drive in very bad condition and he said he didn't remember it but would stop by and take a look on his way home.  I have not heard from him since.
