I was worried that they would try to pressure me into some huge purchase like other roofing companies, but that wasn’t the case. When they arrived, the found where the leak was, explained everything to me, and simply replaced a pipe boot. There was no high pressure sales tactics, they literally just fixed the leak. Not too long after, a huge storm blew off a few of my shingles. They came out again and WOW. Their knowledge of the industry is unparalleled. They handled everything for me, were always available for questions, provided top notch work, and I have a brand new roof that I can trust was done RIGHT (covered by insurance). These guys and gals are truly the most honest, transparent and professional people you could ever ask for when making roofing decisions. "Home genius didn't an amazing job. The project managers Andrew and Au were extremely professional and punctual. The crew was amazing and did such an amazing job installing the product and cleaned up after themselves every day. What I loved about Andrew and AJ is that they came to the door to address my concerns before I would ever bring them up! The Timbersteel shingles in Rustic Red looked absolutely gorgeous on the house. The last people that did my roof really left me high and dry and I unfortunately had to replace my roof after only 10 years. If it was not for Josh the home remodeling expert that inspected my roof, I would have been spending a lot not to get my roof fixed by the time the leaks made it to my drywall. I would happily recommend anyone in the Elizabeth City are to use Home genius for all your metal roofing needs. Be sure to ask for Andrew or AJ as your project manager!"

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"From the estimation to the installation communication with the company was prompt and often. The roofers arrived early in the morning and stayed for well over 8 hours to get the job completed. They cleaned up well after each day. My only compliant was that the roofing crew did not speak English well so it was hard to communicate with them regarding access to our backyard. When they left I received no communication on how the job went, just an invoice from the company. The price was well within the estimation which was a pleasant surprise. I did find one possible issue, and am awaiting an answer. Will update my review once this is settled, and once we get the rain storm scheduled for later in the week-will see if we have any leaks or issues. Update As Of 04/30/2020: This is an update to my 4/28/2020 review. Thought there was an issue with my roof and there wasn't, received prompt response this morning. My yard and driveway are completely cleaned up-couldn't even tell they were here. Ease of payments as well. Date of Service: 2020-04-29 04:00:00.000"
