"Was given dates 6/15 - 6/19 and the work was completed by 6/17. Everything was done professionally the workers arrived by 8:30 each day and completed their days work by 5, and I am more than satisfied with the quality of the work and the professionalism. If I had any questions they were addressed within a reasonable amount of time. I received my quote for the work by email which was great I paid the first half of the payment up front on that same email, and when the work was complete I received an email and the remainder of the total cost was transacted on that email. I would recommend them highly!"

"This is the second time we've used Kitchen Doctors. The first time we had a total kitchen make-over which we absolutely loved, so when we decided to downsize we had Kitchen Doctors come again. They refaced the cabinets we had and they are absolutely gorgeous. They installed a new granite countertop which looks absolutely beautiful. They also installed under counter lighting, a new sink and a new dishwasher. We couldn't be happier and everyone who has seen it can't believe the transformation! We are very happy with their work and would rehire a third time if needed."

"I contacted N. Chasen and Son to replace our shutters. While working on the quote for the shutters via email, a wind storm tore some trim off our house, so I asked if they could include that as part of the work (as well as replacing some siding and a louver). They sent someone out the next week to check the shutter dimensions and determine what was needed for the trim, siding, and louver. They suggested repainting the louvers instead of replacing, and sent me a quote for all the work and to get it scheduled. On the scheduled date, Marcus was on time and very friendly. He walked me through everything they were going to do and explained that the shutters were on backorder and would be in later in the week, but he replaced the trim and painted one of the louvers (he needed a longer ladder for the second). He had to return a few times to finish the work, but he made sure it was all completed and the quality is fantastic. I'm very pleased with my experience with N. Chasen and Son and will definitely hire again when I have need."

Mariyam S.Elite 2022 Houston, TX 877117 8/29/2020 Recently placed an order for automated roller shades. I am working with Robin and so far it's been a pleasant experience. She came in to take measurements and then had some options laid out for me to choose from at her office. Robin also gave suggestions on what colors would match our area. I took some fabric samples home and made the final decision. The order is now placed and will update the review when installation is complete. Jordan And Tara S. San Francisco, CA 01 5/27/2022 Where do I begin. We had a new home built and finished in May of 2021. On the day of closing, I noticed that our hardwood floors in our downstairs were lifting and curling. I also noticed that the tile work didn't look great and they hung one tile in the dead center of our master bath shower with a big stain rust stain on it. The upstairs bathroom has subway tile in it and even though there is a box of extra tiles, again they hung tiles that were marked up. Finally fast forward to a year of going back and forth to try to get this addressed and the floors have been replaced. During the replacement, they found an air vent that they had covered up by accident when they put the initial floor down. Even though just a year ago they knew the number of boxes of flooring they needed, they were short a box and had to come back. They came to replace the tile that was damaged in the showers and in our master bath replaced the grey tile that was on the wall with a tan tile, so now we have a tan tile in the middle of a grey wall. Needless to say, given the year of constant inconveniences, fighting, and complete lack of attention to detail I can't recommend that anyone use them, in fact I'd recommend the complete opposite. Their owner is a nice guy but that only takes you so far when your subs keep making mistake after mistake. I will update this review after I have my hvac checked to make sure that the back pressure from the covered vent didn't damage anything."
