Communication with timing and weather is the only part you have to have patience with. It rained a lot and so the top soil couldn't be delivered. I called Atlantic and they gave me a quote and said they could be out to my house the next day. They showed up, cut the grass, and edge it. It was done professionally. The commercial services do a great job. They have high power mowers that don't leave clippings on the lawn. Overall it was a great job."
