"We found J&B after a bad experience (bait and switch) with another contractor. John is an honest, clear communicator that took time to learn our needs and expectations. Our foreman, Lino, and his team did phenomenal work and have met every single expectation including when I panicked over a paint choice. The scope of work was vast: rebuild a balcony, paint house (two stories), oversized detached garage, and entire perimeter block fence, plus refinish spiral (steel) staircase, paint pool fencing, replace soffit lights, remove old exposed aggregate and create concrete ramps, rebuild bridge and widen front walkway. Inside the home, they finished a set of wood steps to second floor and replaced the worn handrail. Pricing for the entire project was incredibly fair and the work done exceptional. With so many other home projects on our "list", we have already started saving for the next one. Without question or hesitation, J&B is our contractor."

"We couldn't be happier! We moved out of our house of 23 years into a rental for 7 months. Everything needed to be out and we spent a month purging. The project morphed from a kitchen project to the whole house mostly on our request. Kamran and crew rolled with it and finished on time His guidance on quality of materials and adjustments was exceptional and when they ran into an issue they notified us and figured out a way to make it work. Our project included a new kitchen and island, removal of a wall, all new floors and carpet, new lighting throughout the house, renovate three bathrooms, new garage cabinets and floor, an RO system and a new breaker box. We have been enjoying our "new" house since the fall and enjoying it immensely. We would highly recommend 123 Flooring and Kamran and his crew."

"If I could give negative stars I would. ABA was the most dishonest and worst company I have ever worked with. Their work is pure garbage. We had to hire a different company to come in and fix all their mistakes including plumbing and electrical (leaking shower into the garage, body sprayers not working, water leaking under sinks, had to rewire the kitchen, lights placed in the wrong location, wrong gauged wire used for electrical, toilets not mounted correctly, tiles cracking in the showers, grounds not used for electrical components, overloading breaker and the list goes on. It has been a complete nightmare. They have horrible organizational skills and could never keep track of what was going on or who was coming on what day. Joe does a great job at showing up to collect money, but not to make sure the work is being done correctly. My advise: save yourself the headache, time, and horrible workmanship and go with a different company. We had to get the ROC involved. "
