"The biggest problem is that he'll say he's coming on a particular day and doesn't show. We had to call him to see what was up. He did replace our pump and he said he would be back later in the week to check the sprinkler heads. He never showed up. We had another issue with the new pump and called him. Again he said he would show up on a day and didn't. Again we called. When he came he said we had a different issue and proceeded to fix it. He also checked all our zones and changed the configuration. We have heads that aren't working that he didn't catch as not working. He's very knowledgeable but we'd rather deal with someone else."

"Company review for local business-- This time: Ants short-circuited well pump switch & needed replacement (Last time a long while back: We moved in to house and needed a pump installed to existing well.) RESULTS: Both times, Billy Clark (and sometimes his crew, as needed) were fast, knowledgeable, honest, and-- to prove that last part-- reasonably priced. Both times their installation (Last time) and replacement (This time) worked just fine. Last time, power company had power surges due to bad grounding which caused unequal loading issues, and paid for replacement, but Billy and crew made good at very reasonable rates, and both service calls (Both for the new well hookup and this recent call) were fast, effective, courteous, and reasonably priced: AND-- MOST-IMPORTANTLY-- worked just fine (other than the power surge-- which was NOT well company's fault). I know enough about wells and electrical & mechanical things to know that they treated us fairly. Yeah, I'm glad to write a review for good techs. Would use again and recommend. "A valve developed cracks over the years and began leaking and eventually shooting water in all directions.   From the beginning the scheduler was courteous and helpful setting the appointment.  The repair rep was here on time, very professional and had all the needed parts on his truck.  The repair was done quickly and done right within the initial visit.  I am very pleased with the whole experience and my pump is working perfectly.  Before leaving, he also answered my questions and adjusted the sprinkler system's timer for me.

"Went well to this point of replacing parts. Then the United needed to have a system leak test and then needed freon put in pump. This was refused by Choice warranty. We were left with a partial repair and a heat pump not able to do it's job."

"The company replacing my septic tank drain field, CPR-Charlie Pritt Repair, co-ordinated having Don's Septic Service come out and pump my septic tank before completing the drain field work.  Jerry from Don's Septic said the tank was very heavy inside with 3 1/2 feet of sludge.  That's why they had to charge a little more than usual.  Jerry said I should have the tank pumped out every 6 years and they will send a reminder.   I was happy with the service and glad to know a company I can call on when/if I need them..."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
