"Jeff really is AWESOME! He has done a lot of work for me over the last 18 mos. and will be doing more, because he is always on time, exceeds expectations and his fees are always reasonable. Most importantly, Jeff really does treat your home like his own. And while he is a first-rate painter, what impressed me most was his ability to turn his hand to just about anything and do it extremely well. So, I did not need to hire a lot of different pros to get projects from start to finish. Jeff did a beautiful job patching drywall and painting the interiors of 2 homes for me--one of which sold in 3 days for the asking price, the other I live in now. He matched the exterior paint on the chimney of my new home to cover the seller’s sloppy stucco patch job and did it so well the patch itself is hardly noticeable. He’s installed 4 new ceiling fans and moved 2 others for me. Plus, he has replaced a dining room pendant light, an 8-lamp bathroom vanity light and 2 garage wall lanterns. Also, Jeff patched a hole in the side of the concrete foundation and did such a great job, it’s unnoticeable, and so tight it stopped tiny ants from coming in. He also repaired several interior and exterior doors and replaced all but the frame of a damaged attic ladder by himself (Not an easy job). "KDR Stucco is amazing! Mr. Kenjon Reid came out to give me what was a very competitive quote, and, as luck would have it, he was able to put our job on the schedule the next day. He and his crew arrived early the next morning ready to go, and were able to complete the job in one day. Our stucco exterior is the original 30+ plus year stucco, highly textured, and originally applied to wallboard that is not even in use these days. Our house is very symmetrical and simple so the stucco is a main feature of the facade and the first thing someone notices walking up to our house. KDR's crew are artisans and craftsmen, because the entire area of the new stucco matches the original stucco perfectly! No one will ever notice that such a large area of the original exterior has been replaced. In addition, Mr. Reid was so generous with giving us some great advice regarding how to care for the stucco to prevent future repairs as well as giving some very valuable advice for how we may want to plan to some of the other deferred work we have put off doing for many years. It was just such a pleasure to work with Kenjon (Mr. Reid) and his talented, hard-working crew. KDR does a lot of other kinds of work beyond stucco, and we are hoping to get to work with them again as soon as we can on house painting, concrete repairs, and anything else on our list that we need done and that KDR can do. "After having Florida Leak Locators come out and patch our pool over the last few years, we decided to go ahead and take care of the overall problem. This happened to be mostly our skimmer and some areas of grout. They were kind enough to take the amount that we had spent on patches with them and put it towards the overall bill for repair. They were able to get me scheduled within 2 weeks, which considering the items they had to do would take a whole day, that's pretty good scheduling. They sent out Angel who was there promptly on time early in the morning. The work was done in timely fashion and as a added bonus, he found some of the work didn't need to be done and instead of still charging the same, they reduced the bill some amount to compensate. That's the sign of a good company. I recommended them before for any leak detection and now I can recommend them for pool leak repairs. I would use them again, but hope i don't have to :)"

"We stared out investigation for companies to refinish our pool 2 months ago.  we selected Hooks Stucco, Eloy Garcia, because he gave us a very comfortable feeling.  He was willing to meet us at several location so we could see he quality of work.  One of the places he showed us was done 9 years ago because we wanted to see how the finish had lasted.  His quote was in line with all the others we checked, but we felt they would provide the best job.
