"Joe is a bit of a character, but very honest and up front about what will work and what will not. Our old stairs had stucco over plywood on the sides and water had got under the stucco and rotted the plywood and the stairs. Joe advised us that if we re-did the same application, we’d end up with the same result. So, we had the stairs rebuilt and left open underneath. Then Joe repaired the stucco where the stairs met the house and added stucco to the raw block underneath the stairs. His price was very fair and he showed up the very next day to complete the job. I would definitely recommend and would hire him again should I have other stucco repairs needed."

"Everything went great! The project took about 2 weeks. The old tar/gravel roof was removed and a new metal roof was installed on 3/4 of the house. The other 1/4 required TPO since it was a completely flat area. A lot of the old wood had to be replaced due to the age and termite activity. Flashing up around the chimney is holding up great and a part of my old rainwater collection gutter system was even reinstalled on the new roof. The fascia and soffit looks great too. We've been through 5-6 rain storms already and there has been no leaks. The wood around the garage was replaced and then the whole thing was wrapped in vinyl for a clean look. Two end features on the peak of the house were wrapped as well and it made the house look very clean and neat. As for cleanup, for the most part all went well. As can be expected, a few old roofing nails were found, but not that many. A few short pieces of metal roofing and a few leftover panels were left behind as well as a bag of screws. (We made a shed with them) Overall we were very satisfied. Other roofing companies we called were quoting us $18-20K without the addition of the extra wood and the cost of the fascia/soffit or the garage repair."

Price was very competitive, crew was on-site before expected time, did a super job with the repairs and left the area very clean. Didn't waste anytime at all fixing the problem which was causing inside damage to my interior walls. Very pleased with the professionalism, courteousness and overall pleasant experience. Wayne had checked the areas out a few days earlier and gave me the quickest schedule available, which was on the following Saturday. The work took about 5 hours but Wayne completed everything. The price was very good. His wife Tabitha was able to find the materials needed (aluminum, coating, etc.) at very reasonable costs which save money on the project."
