The person who came into the house, literally came in with a hand held small spray bottle like the one you buy at the store, and sprayed in 5 locations inside the house. When I called to report that I still have roaches, I left numerous messages for Richie, but he never called me back. Even though they claim the service is "guaranteed" I can assure you that getting them to come back to fix their work will be impossible. Worst service I've ever seen."

Ended up being a squirrel up top of the chimney screen making the noise, sending the vibrations down to the bottom. He showed me the pictures to show everything was clear and closed off.
