"I had a problem with the smell coming off a GE combo washer/dryer that I had just bought. I was so worried that "smell" wasn't something you could get help with. I am very sensitive to chemical smells, and this appliance was filling the house with a chemical smell. I went into the shop on Dransville road to get help and after talking with them, they called someone and that person said no problem. The salesperson had me smell the insides of the machines on the floor until we found one that didn't give off any chemical smell. I might have looked kind of foolish sniffing machines, but it was actually brillant. They took the smelly machine back and used the credit for the new machine I sniffed out. Everyone was a s nice as they could have been. Thank you so much, Sterling Appliance!"

"A problematic old install made replacement hard, but they came so quickly and did the work so cleanly and efficiently. Helpful tips and low cost. Definitely using for any large or small appliance work!"

"I had an excellent experience with GLS Pro for appliance repair! My refrigerator suddenly stopped cooling, and I was worried about losing all my food. I called them, and their customer service was fantastic—super friendly and quick to schedule a service appointment. The technician arrived on time, was very professional, and quickly diagnosed the issue as a faulty compressor. He explained everything to me in detail and offered a reasonable quote for the repair. Within a couple of hours, the problem was fixed, and my fridge was back to working like new. What really stood out was their attention to detail, punctuality, and honesty about the repair costs. The technician even cleaned up after himself, leaving no mess behind. I also appreciated the warranty on the parts they replaced, which gives me peace of mind. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the service and will definitely call GLS Pro for any future appliance repairs. Highly recommend!"

"I had to hire a local, appliance repair business who came to my house and reset the panel. He did not have to replace the latch ."

"The technicians were prompt, courteous, and used Covid precautions. They determined that the washer should be replaced and were helpful in suggesting the appropriate model to purchase. I will definitely contact them again if I need appliance services."

"All the technician did was give us replacement prices for the control panel and the motor--both very expensive. Surely, there are a few things that might be tried to get themachine working correctly again."

"Handymark was an organized, efficient and professional appliance installer. He assessed the wall oven we had, was able to install it in a day, as promised. He is an on-the-spot problem solver and arrived right on time. Value of the work he did for us is high quality. Would recommend him!"

"Mike is hands down the best handyman around. First off, he's an honest guy. We were looking for a deal on an air conditioner installment so we figured Mike could do the job and we would buy the unit & save some money. When we asked him, he was up front and said have the company you buy it from to do the install and get the warranty. Honest answer from a good guy. We have used his services for three years as have several of our neighbors. He is timely, responsible, and his work is great. We've hired him for garage door repair, to fix broken windows, electrical work, powerwashing, you name it. The neighbors we have referred to Mike are very glad to have him ad a handyman ad well."

"He was so helpful, polite, and quick! I would recommend reliance repair to anyone! Also, much less expensive than calling the appliance company to come out and take a look at my appliance. Thank you, angies list for connecting me with reliance repair!"

"Matt and his crew were on time, professional and on time. We first called a big name company that you may see on the back of a truck. Well that company quoted us $10,000-$15,000 for less work; at that point it was ONLY the furnace. I called Matt for a second opinion. Obviously, he quoted me for half the price of the back of the truck company WITH the water heater added in. Total work done: replaced furnace and outside unit, replaced water heater, installed water pump, installed 2 EcoBee thermostats. The big name company was ONLY doing the furnace and outside unit. We will call Matt for our future needs."
