Allied Paver Systems, LLC was started when the principals, Don Montroy and Jason Bailey saw a need for a quality oriented, professional paver contractor in the area. In working with contractors, we have heard over and over again that their paver guy was late, that pavers were not showing up, and in some cases builders were simply being told to find other installers if they didnâ??t like how the job was done.\n\nFrom the inception of Allied, our main focus has been to provide on time, high quality services to contractors and homeowners alike. Our jobs get done to client specifications every time, and jobs are completed at or under budget. We accomplish our goals through dedication to our clients, dedication to quality, and our ability to effectively schedule and motivate our industry leading teams of installers.

"Very disappointed. I called firm after reading good reviews. Wanted an exam of our sprinkler system as it wasn’t operating. Their “expert” came out, spent a short time and said command box would need replacing. I said, okay, foolishly not getting a quote, he came back few day later, not even ringing door, replaced it, left the old one in the yard and did not even leave owner’s manual. I thought it was fixed but later discovered it still wasn’t working. Called back, same person came. We found out the filter was clogged with algae I flushed it out for him and it started working. He left and as it cycled through all zones, I find one in back yard gushing out water (it’s broken!) and now I’m quite upset he never went through checking to see if all system was operating properly. Which is primarily what I wanted. Now I’v got to get someone to fix head, but it won’t be Newell. BTW-new command box cost me $500 and I don’t even know it was new, or not. Installed without our knowledge, didn’t see box nor receive owner manual for its operation, and they can’t get me one. Overall a very bad experience."

FAQs for foundation, basement or crawlspace waterproofing / encapsulation projects in Fort Myers, FL

The most affordable way to waterproof your basement is with interior methods like waterproof paint, costing between $1 and $8 per square foot, or silicate concrete sealers priced at $4 to $6 per square foot. However, these solutions are only suitable for certain issues. If your basement moisture is due to more serious problems like a cracked foundation, you'll need more extensive (and costly) repairs.

Absolutely! Waterproofing your basement is a smart investment that can increase your home's value. By keeping your basement dry and free of moisture problems, you protect your home's structural integrity and make it more appealing to potential buyers. Plus, taking proactive measures now can prevent costly water damage repairs down the line.

The time required to waterproof a basement depends on the selected method. Some approaches to interior waterproofing, like paint or sealant, can be completed within a day. Installing new drains or weeping tiles will need at least two to three days of labor. Any forms of exterior waterproofing that require you to excavate land will require an additional three days of work to prepare the ground.

Yes, basement waterproofing can significantly increase your home's value. A dry, leak-free basement is a strong selling point for potential buyers, enhancing your property's desirability and market price. Investing in professional waterproofing not only protects your home's structural integrity but also ensures a healthier living environment by preventing mold and mildew growth.

Waterproofing both the interior and exterior of your basement offers the best protection against moisture. Exterior waterproofing stops water from penetrating your foundation, while interior methods manage any moisture that does enter. If you must choose one, exterior waterproofing is generally more effective, as it prevents water from reaching your home's interior in the first place.
