In a peak economy, it's common to see sales reps just leave an estimate and disappear, but Westfall Roofing took the time to answer all of questions. As someone who works in the industry, they confidently and accurately answered even technical questions. He was able to explain the pros and cons of Owens Corning vs GAF vs Certainteed and the value that Owens Corning provides in our market. There were no shortcuts taken on the materials proposed and no unnecessary add-ons included. Throughout the process, Westfall Roofing, made sure we were proactively updated on next steps and expectations. There was nothing that came as a surprise due to their great communication and attention to detail. There was no work done that deviated from the work order without our prior approval and everything was properly documented with pictures. They also made sure to verify the colors of materials and work to be done on a few occasions to ensure no mistakes occured. On install day, they showed up and knocked out the reroof in just 1 day. To put this into perspective, we have the largest roof in our community and the other homes are taking 2-3 days to complete. Additionally, the permit passed inspection on the first attempt with no rework required. Their site supervisor showed up again the day after the install to confirm and correct any minor areas of concern, prior to inspection. Westfall Roofing excelled in literally every aspect. Knowledge, professionalism, timeliness, communication, speed, quality, follow-up, and pricing are the best I've seen! Highly recommend Westfall Roofing! No need to look elsewhere."
