"The area had been repaired about 10 yrs ago in an inferior fashion and the wood had rotten areas and on the roof it had been improperly handled so that rain water was directed away from the gutter into the wood that hadn't been sealed so it wicked the moisture and rotted. Doug was very thorough in determining the problem. The workmanship was excellent and I will hire them again."
