"Very professional company AFS. They came out and leveled a concrete floor that had been poured over foundery sand and was not properly compacted so floor began to settle. They drilled the holes all around the walls and across the floor at specific locations and slowly brought leveled the floor with expanding foam. Concrete piers were positioned in place so the foundation could never move and cause cracks. Very proud of the job they did and it has been a money making rental unit for me. Rosa and Johnny answered all of our questions with great explanations and no pressure to make any decisions. Johnny and his team showed up on time, worked extremely hard and cleaned up after the job. It was hard to tell they had even been there. Everyone we dealt with, including the crew, was professional from the initial meeting to project completion. Very pleased!"

"Left crawl space a mess, vapor barrier was not pulled against foundation, left trash in crawl space, knock dryer vent loose didn't reconnect. I'm an older guy so I trusted them, never do that again, over sold me on what I needed, crawl space had minimal signs of water seepage sold me 2 pumps when one was sufficient. Text sales person on 4/23 with issues haven't heard a word."
