This was the second time I had used Radiant Roofing as I had initially used them about 20 years ago to do my roof. Both times they worked with my schedule so it was convenient for me and they were very efficient. I also just used them to perform chimney repair. Neil is great at promptly responding to phone calls and inquiries and came out quickly for my initial estimate as well. I highly recommend their services!"

Even working in direct sunlight, and extremely high temperatures, they took their time to make sure every aspect of the job was done correctly and every problem that I had was repaired. There wasn’t a nail, sliver of wood or even scraped paint chip left when they finished. "I contacted J Brewer to to get a competitive bid on a bathroom remodel. A representative came out and reviewed the project. I provided drawings and description of the work to be done. After three weeks the representative said he would be looking at the project after lunch and provide a quote. A couple hours after lunch I received a quote with a price spread of over 50% . The quote was somewhere between 23k and 35k. If I wanted a accurate price I would need to pay $250. So they wanted me to pay $ 250 to find out if they where possibly 10k over other highly rate contractors in the area. All of the other Angie list recommended contractors provided accurate and timely quotes. If they had explained to me that if I wanted a price quote that was less than +/- 50% it was $250 dollars I would of stuck with the A rated contractors that provide accurate quotes for free."

"Alpha Omega Waterproofing company did an excellent job on my siding. They removed a large area of the old cedar siding with the Hardie Cement Boards. Also, replaced some of the fascia boards and trimming. Johel and his team were very detailed in their work. They showed up on time and worked long hours and they did great job with their clean-up. "Attention to detail, the house not only looks good it works right. What does that mean, Elevated makes sure when it rains the water does not get in. They use the right nail guns for Hardie board siding plus the siding has no gaps, they caulk it as well. They use flashing in the right places. The work crews just awesome, they looked like my CNC router fast and precise. The job superintendent, Francisco came to the house often, making sure the workers were on track. He also did ever thing the wife and I ask him to, he listen to us. They replaced the siding and painted it, replaced our deck, handrail and gutters."
