"This was my first experience with well-drilling and sprinkler system installation. Phil explained the process and how the job would be done. I may have forgotten one or two things he told me but in the end I am a satisfied customer. The guys who dug the well were very knowledgeable and capable. The rest of the team that installed the sprinkler system was very knowledgeable, showed up on time and got the job done within a reasonable time. "I had them come out for a sprinkler blowout. They arrived within the service window, and texted 15 minutes prior so I would know they were arriving soon. They were friendly, quick, clean, safe, and reasonably priced. I've used them for two seasons now both for blowouts and in the spring for getting the system back up and inspected and adjusted. I have no complaints, perfect service that I'll keep using every year."

"someone posted a earlier review in my name, it was not me, saying i gave them a deposit and never heard from them for the installation, so I called them and Fran got back to me about the problem. whoever wrote that review in my name are not being honest I got upset because I did not hear from them after giving my deposit so i called and Fran the salesman got back to me and explained that the girl never gave him my message. I want to be perfectly clear, I did not write that previous review, Fran was more than helpful to me ,spent a long time at my home telling me all about their system and doing a water test. Fran went out of his way to help me and then to apologize for the girl not giving him my message, I have no problem with Fran or D& E pump. I would give them 5 stars not 1 like someone wrote, shame on them for saying that was my review"
