At Full View Drafting and Design Inc. we have a skilled staff that can help you mkae your dream home come true. We are not like a typical architectual firm. Our firm designs your floor plans, and can also provide a picture of your house before it is even built. We can also provide a 3D walkthru of your home, to include all furniture. Full View has over 180,000 differnt plants and materials, and furniture that you can choose to put into your house. After disigning your house, the firm will give you a detailed price list based on national costs. This process lets the client know about how much they will spend to build, and also furnish there home before they even start. Our prices are 199 per floor (Basement is considered a floor). 299 for the 3D rendered image. Once the plans are complete, the firm realeases the plans to the client. The client then has sole owner ship of the plans. The client has the right to change them in any way, shape or form. By choosing us the client can save $2000-$10,000 dollars in costs. The typical drafter wil charge from $1500-$20,000 for a simple plan. With us we do much more, for less.
