When we built our new house and were told the HOA only allowed wrought iron fences, I was glad to find out that Mike does those too. <br /> He came out before the house and final grading were complete and took rough measurements to work up a contract. Once the final grade was complete, he sent Alberto out to fine tune the dimensions. Debbie was very helpful in allowing us to make changes to the design once we clarified details from the village. <br /> What I like best about Mike's installers is their attention to detail. They take the extra time on all fences to make sure the panels are dead even and level. When they installed the cedar fence I was impressed with how perfect the workmanship was with the scalloped top pattern we chose. The aluminum fence was no different. <br /> They take the time ask exactly where you want the gates, which way they open, etc. Everything to make sure you are 100% happy with the installation - which we were - both times. <br /> Also worth adding that over the years, the cedar fence gate posts move a bit with the harsh winters. Mike was always available to have the guys come out and adjust, or reset the posts to make sure the gates worked perfectly for years to come. <br />"
