"The water line to my refrigerator freezer broke and water started pouring out.  We tried to repair it ourselves, but were unsuccessful.  I had little hope that we would find someone to come on a Saturday, and if they did I expected a big overcharge, but we could not leave the line leaking so we called around.  Reliance said someone would come within 2 hours.  They called within an hour to confirm that Keith (the plumber) was on his way, and he arrived promptly.  He evaluated the problem and explained exactly what it would take to fix it.  He quoted a standard trip fee with no additional amount for it being a weekend.  He was professional, knowledgeable and fast.
