"The people who came out were very friendly. I needed my gutters and downspout cleaned because something was clogging the downspout. I told them about the issue and rain falling over the gutters. They quickly cleaned the gutter without doing anything about the downspout and were about to leave. Good thing I was there to watch because I had to ask them to clear the downspout and pour water down the gutter to make sure things were actually clear, otherwise they would have just left. Pouring the water is essential to help find different areas in the downspout that were clogged. If you cannot be there, you should reschedule your cleaning."

They cleaned the gutters (checked gutter fasteners and down spouts and added a gutter guard), installed a chimney cap, cleaned and mitigated black mold in my HVAC, installed a UV light to provide hospital quality air in the house, cleaned the fireplace and inspected the chimney.
