"Mickey and Luis did an amazing job installing my new tub and surround. There was a hurdle during the job where there was a concrete slab where the drain lines were and had to be removed and replaced. Mickey and Luis dug the concrete out, put in the new drain lines, and refilled the concrete. There was no additional charge for this! I would recommend these guys for any project you’re looking to take on!"

"Randy F. and Hung L. did a superb job replacing my old original bathtub with a new modern walk in shower. The quality of the materials, fixtures, and the professional craftsmanship in installing them, exceeded my expectations. I will certainly recommend West Shore Home to family and friends."

"The installation of our new tub/shower was done in one day. The old tub removal was done in the morning, and the new tub and surround were done in the afternoon. The crew did a professional job, and left the bathroom spotless."

"Bryan & his son visited our home and we discussed replacing the 2 gable vents on our two story colonial home. Within a weeks time, the estimate was emailed and the work was scheduled. The estimate was for two Azek vents I had ordered from Architectural Depot.com. Bryan's Handyman & Home Improvement Service didn't have any objections to installing the product I purchased. The old vents were cheap plastic & too small for the attic fan I am planning to install later. George & Rubin arrived at our home promptly and didn't mind that I watched, learned & asked questions. They explained the process as they proceeded with the work. I was surprised that they didn't have to go into the attic at all to install the vents. George even accommodated my request to slightly modify the vents I purchased. It was more about the aesthetics and the finished look. George & Rubin did a fantastic job ! They were courteous & cleaned up all the debris afterwards. I'll be calling Bryan's again. A+"

"I just could not find anyone local that would do a cabinet refacing. One big local retailer said 'good luck" nobody does that anymore. (that's where I had bought the cabinets 25 yrs ago) reluctantly I went to the internet where again not a lot of companies to choose from. One was Kitchen Magic whom I never heard of but had good reviews. I receive a callback from Angela the next day to set up an appointment with Rich(sales) the following week. Today, three weeks later Mark completed the installation. From start to finish Kitchen Magic exceeded all my expectations Great company Thanks Rich, Angela and Mark"

"I would certainly recommend you hiring Zoe’s Property services for any of your repair needs. Jean responded promptly and professional handled multiple plumbing leakage and back flow issues, toilet seal replacement, wiring/lighting , painting, door & lock replacement and even restored my entire roof! After our first interaction I knew my property was in great hands. Jean’s pricing is always fair & reasonable, work is finished promptly and professional, and he leaves the space in clean condition. He repaired 2 separate roofs - on the main house and a smaller roof over the enclosed porch quickly and for a amazing price right before the holidays. He is knowledgeable about properties inside and out. He also willing to share his assessment of issues ensuring fair pricing unlike some other companies I’ve worked with in the past. Look no further Zoe’s Property Services is who you need to hire !"

"Getting the project going took a little longer than we wanted but that was mainly due to the need to order the Permacast columns for the front of the house. They took a while to come in. The back porch post was done while we waited for those to come in. Once available the weather chimed in and delayed us as well. Through the delays Wally was extremely polite and returned all my emails same day and updated me accordingly when the columns were in and when work would be started. Great communication all around. The installation was smooth for the front columns which were installed in a day. The back porch post was done with a wood capping that Wally kindly upgraded to PVC as it looked better and will hold up better. He repaired some fence panels for me on the fly as well as a few had started to come apart from age practically reassembling one whole panel alone.
The columns were painted to finish up the install. They needed to be resanded once due to alot of loose fibers from the rollers but Wally redid that without complaint and put the trim on that matched what we used to have on the old columns.
Good communication, polite, professional and accommodating is how I'd sum this up. The price was a little high but that was more the fiberglass columns as opposed to going with wood. Now I wont have to worry about the columns save for painting them in the future.
Great experience overall.
