"Tom Hawks sent Dennis Roofing to give me as estimate on some leaks discovered in my 80+ year old roof. Jon climbed all over and checked everything. We arranged the contract and scheduling via email.
   Jon and his assistant arrived on time and worked for 7 hours with only a brief lunch break. There were many small and large problems that needed to be repaired. They also cleared the two VERY clogged downspouts easily. I have since had no unwelcome drips, leaks or floods since. We also arranged for periodic checks on the roof in the future.
I first used Total Home Solution in August for a very different handyman-type job. I found the company here on Angie's List. It was a smallish job and I figured it would be a good test. The test was passed with flying colors! I have used Total Home for three jobs so far and have another coming up soon. Every provider that Tom has sent has been efficient, fairly priced, pleasant and hardworking. I plan to use Total Home Solution for all my future home repairs.
